Áed: A Sacred fire used in rituals, prepared in a unique fashion and can only be done by a Druid
Bile: A Sacred Tree
Birach-Derc: The Name of Balor's eye and the name of the Evil Eye.
Buada: Divine prescriptions or actions to carry out in a particular role.
Cumall: A Heroic Figure or Apotheosised human.
Draoi: The principal name of the Gaelic priesthood of the Society.
Erdathe: 'The time of Smoke' The end of the world in Senchus.
Feis: A Sacred Feast either around a particular rite or festival that precedes a sleep for knowledge
Donn Feis: The Ritual of sleeping at the tombs of one ancestors in order to gain messages and knowledge from the dead.
Eo Feis: The Slaughter and ritualised eating of a Sacred Salmon for knowledge
Fir: 'Truth' a central concept of the Society, denotes the order of the universe
Fir Flaithemon: 'Truth of the Ruler' the right to rule amongst the High King as long as he keeps to certain principals.
Fomori: The name of the tribe of evil spirits, although not all are evil in Society belief.
Gau: 'Falsehood' a central concept of the Society, denotes the destruction of universal order
Gau Flaithemon: 'Ruler's Falsehood' When the High King has broken Fir Flaithemon and no longer has the right to rule.
Geis: Sacred Religious Taboos that must never be broken
Glan: Ritual Cleanness and Purity, the state reached through Glanaid rituals
Glanaid: Purification in the ritual sense.
Nemed: The Name of the Sacred Class, refers to Draoi, Flaith and Bards
Nemeton: A Sacred space such as a Sacred grove or Temple
Rún: Used in Scotland to refer to charms and folk prayers
Salach: Ritual Dirtiness caused by both physical dirtiness and in the moral and spiritual sense, one cannot perform rituals in this state and must perform Glanaid rituals.
Sen: An Ancient or venerated Ancestor/s
Senairecht: The Practise or Divination, an essential practice of Druidry in the Society.
Senbuad: The Totem of a Gaelic clan
Senchus: Ancient Tradition, the preferred name of Gaelic Paganism by the Society.
Tarb Feis: A sacred bull Sacrifice to determine a new High King.
Tuatha De: The name of the tribe of the gods in Senchus Belief
