The Fomorian Sacrifice:

 Hinted at by the tribute of the Nemedians, there may have been an offering to Chthonic forces (Either represented by Fomorians or were Fomorians themselves) of grain and produce. As such, though not yet practised by the society, such a offering could be made by members of Senchus, this would be done as a pit offering due to their chthonic nature.

The Sacrifice of Crom Cruach:

 This was hinted towards by the story of High King Tigernmas, there could've been a similar sacrifice to Crom Cruach in Magh Slecht on Samhain. Possibly characterising Crom as a Fomorian, however offerings are both offered in a pit and burnt since there is a more heavenly aspect of Crom Cruach.
